**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital advertising strategies across various channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic display.
- Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to identify target demographics and optimize campaign performance.
- Create compelling ad creatives and ad copies that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics closely, analyze data, and identify areas for optimization to improve ROI and KPIs.
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to iterate and optimize campaign elements such as ad creatives, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously refine and improve digital advertising strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and analytics, to align marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
