**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, diagnose, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Provide step-by-step guidance and troubleshooting for customers.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal departments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Assist in updating and maintaining knowledge base articles and FAQs.
- Analyze recurring issues and provide feedback to improve product or service quality.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
