Job Requirements

12th Pass

of outbound customer service experience

·       Strong customer interaction and convincing skills

verbal communication
with clear diction

·       Salary:
Up to ₹27,000 CTC + Incentives

Required Skills

·       Fluency in
English or Punjabi

·       Prior experience in
BPO voice process
preferred

·       Strong interpersonal and
problem-solving ability

·       Ability to
handle pressure
and meet targets

Key Responsibilities

·       Handle
outbound/inbound customer calls
efficiently

·       Provide accurate information and
resolve customer queries

·       Ensure excellent
customer satisfaction & service standards

·       Maintain
detailed records
of customer interactions in CRM

·       Support sales team with
follow-ups & customer retention
