Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information about products or services.
  • Assist customers with registration, payment, or account-related issues.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure quick resolution of issues.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Achieve set performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure a high level of customer retention through quality service and relationship management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹31,873.33 per month
