**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Calendar Management & Scheduling**:

- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and logistics are in place.
- Anticipate potential scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.
- **Communication & Correspondence**:

- Draft, proofread, and edit communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
- **Meeting and Event Coordination**:

- Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials for the CEO.
- Take meeting notes, track action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Organize and coordinate CEO's attendance at external events, conferences, and speaking engagements.
- **Travel Coordination**:

- Book domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure the CEO has all necessary documents.
- Manage travel-related expenses and prepare expense reports.
- **Project Management & Administrative Support**:

- Support the CEO with strategic initiatives, projects, and daily operational tasks.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings, board sessions, and other key events.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other internal/external stakeholders.
- **Office Management**:

- Ensure the CEO’s office is organized and well-maintained.
- Maintain an efficient filing system (both electronic and physical) and handle document management.
- Order office supplies and handle any necessary office-related logistics.
- **Confidentiality & Discretion**:

- Exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Act as a trusted partner to the CEO and senior leadership team, ensuring their priorities and needs are addressed.
- **Other Duties as Assigned**:

- Provide additional support to the CEO as needed, including personal tasks, as appropriate.
- Manage special projects and assist with ad-hoc assignments as they arise.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- **Experience**: At least 5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with senior executives, clients, and stakeholders.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with standard working hours. Occasional extended hours or travel may be required depending on the CEO's schedule.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
