**Sales Strategy & Target Achievement**:Create and implement sales strategy to achieve revenue goals; Analyzed market trends and client needs to discover growth prospects. Achieve the company's monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Monitor competition activity and adapt plans as needed.

**Client Relationship Management**:Develop and maintain excellent connections with pharmaceutical makers, traders, and other clients; pay regular client visitto understa nd needs and ensure satisfaction. Provide technical support and information on raw materials to clients with the assistance of the technical staff. Respond to and address client inquiries or complaints immediately.

**Market Development**: Identify and onboard new clients in the designated area. Expand your market reach by advertising new raw material items. Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns. Take part in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to create leads.

**Reporting, Analysis, Compliance & Ethics**: Keep meticulous records of sales activity, client interactions, and market intelligence. Create regular sales reports for management review; Analyzed sales data and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to track progress and find opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with all industry rules and business policies; Encourage ethical selling methods while protecting the company's brand.

**Skills and Qualities Expected from ASM Goals**: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical raw ingredients and their uses. Excellent communication, negotiating, and interpersonal skills. Analytical ability for understanding market trends and sales success; Capability to handle many responsibilities and work under pressure; Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office for reporting and analysis; Increase customer base and market share; Establish the business as a dependable provider of highquality raw materials; Drive long-term revenue growth while preserving great client connections.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
