**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Night Shift (Recruitment Services)
**Location**: Remote - India
**Shift Timing**: Night Shift (Aligning with US/Canada Time Zones)
**Salary**: ₹25,000/month + **Uncapped Sales Incentives**

**Working: Monday to Friday ( Occasional Saturdays)**

We are a fast-growing recruitment firm serving clients across the US and Canada. Our mission is to help businesses find the right talent efficiently. We are now expanding our sales team and looking for a dynamic and self-motivated **Sales Executive** to join us in reaching more potential clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound cold calls to potential US and Canadian clients to pitch recruitment services.
- Generate qualified leads and set appointments for the business development team.
- Record and update lead information and call outcomes in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a **sales role targeting US/Canada markets**, preferably in staffing or service-based industries.
- **Excellent English communication skills** - both spoken and written.
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to hold professional conversations.
- Comfortable with cold calling and objection handling.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
- Must have a stable internet connection, laptop/PC, and a quiet work environment for night shifts.
