Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Optimization
- Plan, launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns across Meta (FB/IG), Google (Search, Display, Shopping), YouTube, and Amazon.
- Optimize campaigns daily for KPIs like CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and LTV.
- Develop funnel-based strategies (TOFU-MOFU-BOFU) for each audience cohort.

Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards to track and report campaign performance.
- Set up A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.
- Analyze drop-off points and suggest improvements to conversion rate.

Creative Strategy
- Work with designers and content creators to develop scroll-stopping ad creatives.
- Recommend angles, hooks, and messaging backed by market and competitor insights.
- Build personas and test creative hypotheses for sharper targeting.

Audience Segmentation & Retargeting
- Identify and create custom audiences using first-party and third-party data.
- Implement remarketing and dynamic retargeting strategies.
- Run cohort-level analysis to improve retention and repeat purchases.

Cross-Platform Growth Hacking
- Experiment with new acquisition channels (Quora Ads, Reddit, LinkedIn, Influencer Whitelisting).
- Drive micro-conversion metrics: add to cart, initiate checkout, form fills, etc.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.
- Strong command over Excel/Google Sheets, and experience with tools like Mixpanel, Hotjar, or Hubspot (optional).
- Ability to read data, derive insights, and drive decisions based on real-time performance.
- Creative acumen to guide ad angles and copy that converts.

Preferred Background
- Experience in FMCG, e-commerce, or D2C sector.
- Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon Seller Central.
- Exposure to brand storytelling, community-led growth, and influencer marketing.
