You’ll own the full performance marketing funnel with one clear goal: drive profitable customer acquisition at a minimum of 5x ROAS.Role Overview :Meta Ads Strategy & ExecutionOwn and execute Mookaa’s Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad strategy end-to-endLaunch and scale campaigns across TOF, MOF, and BOF (prospecting, retargeting, retention)Build and optimize audiences using pixel data, lookalikes, and first-party dataA/B test creatives, copy, and landing pages to drive incremental improvementsMaintain strict adherence to 5x+ ROAS targets and daily/weekly KPIsCampaign Management & OptimizationMonitor daily spend, performance, and attribution in Meta Ads ManagerIdentify underperforming ad sets quickly and scale high-performers efficientlyBuild and maintain performance dashboards (e.g., ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, LTV)Use tools like Google Analytics and Triple Whale (or similar) to assess cross-platform impactBudget OwnershipManage and allocate monthly paid media budget effectively, focusing on ROASForecast spend vs. revenue and adjust plans dynamically based on performance trendsCreative CollaborationWork closely with design and content teams to brief high-performing creativesAnalyze ad creative fatigue and rotate assets accordinglyIdentify creative trends from top competitors and fast-moving fashion brandsWhat We’re Looking For4–5+ years of hands-on experience running and scaling Meta Ads with 5x+ ROAS targetsStrong understanding of e-commerce funnels, customer journeys, and purchase behavior in fashion/lifestyle categoriesProven success managing 5–6 figure monthly budgets profitablyExperience with Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager, and post-purchase attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam, Rockerbox)Exceptional analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skillsProactive, results-oriented, and always testing/learningCreative intuition and understanding of visual trends that convert in fashionPerks & BenefitsCompetitive base salary + performance-based bonusesGenerous employee discountOpportunity to grow with a breakout fashion brandCreative, fast-paced, high-ownership work culture
