**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across **Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn**.
- Develop and implement **SEO strategies** (on-page, off-page, and technical) to boost website ranking and organic traffic.
- Manage **social media marketing** (SMM) campaigns — including content planning, engagement tracking, and follower growth.
- Analyze and report campaign performance across all digital channels.
- Research target audiences, keywords, and competitive trends to improve ad and SEO performance.
- Optimize landing pages and ad creatives to maximize conversions.
- Handle remarketing and lead nurturing campaigns for better ROI.
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.
- Manage digital marketing activities for **all three group companies** under one coordinated strategy.

**Requirements**:

- 1-5 years of proven experience in **Performance Marketing, SEO, and SMM**.
- Strong knowledge of **Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Search Console**.
- Proficiency in **keyword research, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.), and content optimization**.
- Experience with **social media growth strategies** and engagement analytics.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

**Preferred Skills**
- Certification in **Google Ads**, **SEO**, or **Social Media Marketing**.
- Experience in the **education or training sector** is an advantage.
- Familiarity with **CRM and marketing automation tools** like Zoho, HubSpot, or Meriito.
