We’re looking for a **Performance Marketer** with expertise in **Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tag Manager, and Analytics conversion setup** to join our team. If you're a data-driven marketer who thrives on optimizing ad performance and driving conversions, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities:Paid Media Management**
- Plan, execute, and optimize **Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)** and **Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)** campaigns.
- Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Continuously monitor ad performance, adjusting bids, targeting, and creatives to maximize ROI.

**Tracking & Analytics**
- Set up and manage **Google Tag Manager (GTM)** for tracking user behavior and conversions.
- Configure and optimize **Google Analytics (GA4)** and **Meta Pixel** to ensure accurate conversion tracking.
- Implement **server-side tracking** where applicable for better attribution.
- Generate actionable insights from data to inform campaign strategy and budget allocation.

**Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**
- Identify opportunities to improve **landing pages, ad creatives, and funnel performance**.
- Work with designers and developers to implement tracking improvements and conversion optimizations.
- Test and iterate ad messaging, formats, and placements for higher engagement.

**Budget & Strategy**
- Manage ad budgets effectively to achieve **maximum ROAS** and **lead generation**.
- Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies based on business goals.
- Provide detailed **performance reports**, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**2+ years of hands-on experience** with Google Ads & Meta Ads.
Expertise in **Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Meta Pixel** setup.
Strong analytical skills with experience in **data-driven marketing** and **performance optimization**.
Ability to manage ad budgets effectively and optimize for **conversions & ROI**.
Familiarity with **server-side tracking, UTM parameters, and attribution models**.
Experience with **landing page optimization & CRO** is a plus.
Google Ads & Meta Ads certifications are a bonus.
Strong communication and reporting skills.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
