We are seeking a **Senior Performance Marketer** with strong leadership skills to join our healthcare digital marketing team. In this role, you will not only manage and optimize ad campaigns but also lead a team of junior marketers, guiding them in strategy and execution. You will take charge of developing and implementing effective performance marketing strategies to drive measurable results for our healthcare clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of performance marketers, ensuring alignment on campaign goals and delivery.
- **Strategy Development**: Create comprehensive performance marketing strategies across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels) tailored to healthcare clients.
- **Campaign Execution & Optimization**: Oversee the execution of ad campaigns, ensuring continuous optimization based on performance data and insights.
- **Cross-Team Collaboration**: Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, and other marketing teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- **Budget Management**: Allocate budgets across campaigns and platforms, ensuring optimal performance and return on investment (ROI).
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as CPA, ROAS, and CTR, to measure success and present insights and recommendations to clients.
- **Client Interaction**: Act as the main point of contact for clients, discussing campaign performance, strategies, and areas for growth.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage in healthcare marketing.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record in managing and optimising campaigns on Google, Meta, and other ad platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team.
- Strong expertise in strategy development for performance marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and other related tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage both internal teams and clients.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
- Familiarity with healthcare marketing (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
