**What you'll do**

This is an expert level role in the customer advisory team of SAP India, which drives Digital and Technology Innovations with some of the large companies in India.

The Industry Business Architect (IBA) acts as a trusted advisor to customers by helping them solve their business challenges and address their key priorities through adoption of right SAP solutions and platform related capabilities.

SAP customers are increasingly looking at Technology as a key differentiator to become competitive and efficient, while delivering business outcomes. Customer Advisory team is at the core of making this possible and thus the role of IBA encompasses the entire customer value journey in helping create customer lifetime value.

**What you bring**
- IBA (Industry Business Architect) needs to demonstrate business, process and technology understanding.
- 15+ years of overall experience and Proficiency in SAP Solutions and experience of SAP implementation or experience in SAP pre-sales
- C-level presence and ability to engage with large, complex and diverse teams.
- Advance level proficiency in the manufacturing industry
- Advanced level proficiency in one of the SAP modules/solution area - Excellence communication skills and ability to do story telling - Strong problem-solving attitude.

Customer Advisory team is a set of senior SAP resources responsible for driving SAP's strategy with customers. It’s an extremely mature team with individuals, who are self-motivated and driven by passion to drive outcome for our customers.
