Job Title : ServiceNow Presales Consultant/ManagerNotice Period : Up to 3 months acceptable or preferred Location : Mumbai (preferred), or any metropolitan city across IndiaJob Description : We are looking for an experienced and dynamic ServiceNow Presales Consultant/Manager with a strong background in ServiceNow solutions and presales engagements. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by working closely with sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to position ServiceNow's platform and solutions effectively. Key Responsibilities : 1.

Presales & Solution Consulting :

  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business needs and aligning them with ServiceNow solutions.
  • Conduct high-impact product demonstrations, Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs), and technical presentations to prospective customers.
  • Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) by providing well-structured, detailed responses.
  • Engage with customers at senior executive levels and influence their decision-making process by demonstrating the value of ServiceNow solutions.2.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management :

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive long-term business opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with customer needs.
  • Provide technical consultation and advisory support to customers throughout the sales cycle.3.

Technical Expertise & Product Knowledge :

  • Possess in-depth technical knowledge of ServiceNow's ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and other relevant modules.
  • Stay updated with new product releases, industry trends, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Coordinate with ServiceNow's internal teams (Product, Engineering, and Delivery) to ensure a seamless customer experience.4.

Sales Enablement & Revenue Growth :

  • Support quarterly and annual sales targets by effectively positioning ServiceNow solutions.
  • Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and business cases to support sales engagements.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within enterprise accounts.
  • Work under tight deadlines and handle multiple engagements simultaneously.5.

Collaboration & Coordination :

  • Work closely with Delivery, Product Management, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth transition from presales to post-sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to contribute to thought leadership, whitepapers, and customer success stories.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Mandatory : Hands-on experience in ServiceNow presales, solution consulting, or technical sales.
  • Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of ServiceNow's platform, architecture, integrations, and various modules.
  • Presentation & Communication Skills : Excellent ability to present complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Sales Acumen : Experience working in a sales-driven environment, contributing to deal closures and revenue targets.
  • Enterprise Account Management : Proven ability to nurture and develop enterprise accounts for long-term business growth.
  • Industry Knowledge : Experience working in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or related domains is a plus.

Work Under Pressure : Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications :

  • Certifications : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is a plus.
  • Experience : 6 years of experience in ServiceNow presales, solution consulting, or technical sales roles.
  • Sales Background : Preferable if the candidate has direct sales experience in ServiceNow.
