SMS Campaign Management - Schedule & trigger SMS campaigns. - Analyze & report campaign performance Push Campaigns - Schedule trigger the campaigns as per business need - Analyze & report campaign performance Market Research & Reporting - Assist on Marketing budgeting, campaign reporting and audience analysis. - Track & analyse competitor’s campaigns Communication - To communicate campaign activities and schedules with other business units and departments to ensure status and processes are clear and properly integrated into existing plans - Coordinate with content team, designers & coders to ensure timely delivery of each campaign.
