
Customer Retention Executive

**Shift Window**: 24/7 (Any 9-hour shift)
**Working Days**: 5 days per week
**Week Offs**: Rotational (Any two days off)
**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000 in-hand + Incentives (Depending on last drawn salary)
**Interview Rounds**: HR, Operations, and Voice Versant
**Note**: Immediate joiners preferred
**Job Requirements**:
- **Education**: Graduate/Undergraduate
- **Experience**: Minimum 6 months of Inbound/Outbound voice process experience is mandatory.
- **Skills**: Excellent English communication skills are essential.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer retention calls.
- Resolve customer issues, answer inquiries, and offer solutions.
- Retain customers by providing excellent service and building strong rapport.
- Meet performance targets related to customer retention.
**Location Eligibility**:

- **Central Line**: Ambernath to Ghatkopar
- **Trans Harbour Line**: Thane to Panvel
- **Harbour Line**: Vashi to Chembur
