**About the Role**:
We are hiring a Customer Retention Executive who will be responsible for supporting customers after they book a flat. Your job is to guide them, keep in touch, help with paperwork, and make sure they are happy till possession.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call and welcome customers after booking
- Help with documents like agreement, allotment letter, etc.
- Follow up for payments and help with bank loan process
- Give updates about construction and project status
- Solve customer issues by coordinating with internal teams
- Help in handover and possession process
- Ask for feedback and promote referral offers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:
