**Job Title**: Territory Sales Manager - Industrial Air Purification Products

**Location**: Karnataka (Travel across key industrial zones)

**Department**: Sales & Business Development

**Experience**: Minimum 1 year in B2B Industrial Sales

**Reporting to**: Regional Sales Head

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned industrial zones of Karnataka.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, consultants, OEMs, and facility managers.
- Promote the company’s air purification technologies through product demonstrations, presentations, and site visits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the management.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor offerings, pricing, and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with the technical and service team for successful installation and post-sales support.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and customer engagement events to promote brand visibility.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business or MBA (preferred).
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in industrial sales, preferably in air quality, HVAC, or environmental solutions.
- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills** with fluency in English and Kannada.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into successful business deals.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and result-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Karnataka.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
