**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into successful deals.
- Provide sales support, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Handle agreements, documentation, and payment tracking.
- Resolve post-sales issues and address client complaints professionally.
- Prepare reports on sales progress and customer feedback, suggesting CRM improvements.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities.
**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in CRM, preferably in real estate.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, CRM tools proficiency, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills.
- **Preferred**: Experience with real estate clients and property sales.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
