Build and handle a strong network of connections. Knowledge of CRM practices.
- Should have 2-4 years experience as a CRM executive in a real estate company
- Education: Any Graduation
- Meticulous follow-up with the clients and fix-up site visits
- Collect data and update the same in the database.
- One point contact to the Customer, before Sales till booking/registration. Contact the desired clients & convince them.
- Ensure timely execution of agreements and make arrangements for any financial assistance through home loans and issuance of documents.
- Ensure timely execution of booking forms, NOC, Sale Agreements, etc.
- Ensure calculation of interest for delayed payments and calculate the interest to review the booking.
- Must have good communication skills and team management skills.
- Excellent in the Customer management system.
- Must have experience in Real Estate Industry.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
