**Designation - Executive - CRM**
**Locations - HSR, Bangalore.**
**Responsibilities**:
- HubSpot Management: Oversee the configuration, implementation, and day-to-day management of the HubSpot CRM system.
- Segmentation & Targeting: Create and manage customer segments for targeted marketing efforts, leveraging HubSpot’s segmentation tools.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze CRM reports to track campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align CRM activities with sales strategies and ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on HubSpot functionalities and best practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with HubSpot or Similar CRM, with a strong focus on customer engagement and marketing automation.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
