**Job Overview**:
As a Business Development Executive at Cos, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the IT solutions and digital marketing space. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to contribute to the company's overall success.
**Responsibilities**:
**Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to develop effective business strategies.
**Lead Generation**:
- Proactively identify and generate new business leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that attract potential clients.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continuously seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
**Sales Presentations and Proposals**:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the company's IT solutions and digital marketing services.
- Create detailed proposals tailored to clients' needs, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of choosing our services.
**Negotiation and Deal Closure**:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close deals and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.
**Collaboration with Internal Teams**:
- Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project implementation.
- Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to help shape product and service offerings.
**Sales Reporting and Analysis**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports on sales performance.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- English is a must. High Proficiency.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the IT solutions and digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, digital marketing trends, and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Preferred 2-3 years of experience only.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
