**Role Summary**:
The Partner Relationship Executive is a role which handles Partner engagement and supporting business opportunities. This is an opportunity for a focused, organized and proactive individual who can work with multiple stake-holders within and outside of Retail Excellence.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with our partners as allocated.
- Act as a bridge between company and partners to achieve the activation goal.
- Update partners periodically on Incentive schemes /offers and keep them engaged.
- Regular communications to partners on their gaps to achieve the goal.
- Identify and update market opportunities to increase the activations to achieve the strategic goal of the partners.
- Do support to partners in all aspects to leverage the seamless operation of activations.
**Skills Required**:
- Possess 1-2 years of B2B sales/ Tele Sales / Tele Caller / Marketing/Business Development experience.
- Be comfortable and proficient in prospecting and closing sales over the phone.
- Drive, ambition and eager to learn.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment with the ability to be flexible in a changing environment.
- Good team player but also demonstrate the ability to work independently.
- Polite and professional manner.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the motivation and drive to succeed in all the tasks undertaken.
- Should be energetic with an ambition to succeed in the role and beyond.
- Immediate Joiner Preferred.
- Multilingual Person is an added advantage who can speak any of these languages - **English, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, Oriya, Bengali** etc.
