Orisenc Technologies is currently seeking an experienced Partner Account Executive(PAE) specializing in the Audio and Video Collaboration sector. Our focus is on driving local Unified Collaboration (UC) alliance partnerships and implementing effective go-to-market strategies. We are searching for a candidate with a strong background in developing and executing successful joint marketing initiatives with Audio Visual Solutions Integrators (AVSI) partners, conducting co-marketing campaigns, and demonstrating a track record of delivering results through partner marketing efforts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

This is a full-time, permanent position. As the Partner Account Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Sales and the OEM Account Manager.

· Establishing Trusted Partnerships: Cultivate trusted relationships with key partners in Bengaluru to ensure alignment with the objectives of enterprise-unified communication/collaboration partnerships.

· Partnership Identification and Nurturing: Identify and nurture relevant partnerships across the ecosystem, including AVSI and ISV partners, to generate new business opportunities in enterprise unified communication/collaboration.

· Understanding Partner and End Customer Needs: Identify and comprehend partner and end customer challenges, goals, organizational structures, decision-making processes, etc., to tailor partnership strategies effectively.

· Maintaining High Visibility: Maintain a strong presence through direct customer engagements, promoting new business initiatives, and contributing to deal closures in collaboration with selected partners.

· Cross-functional collaboration: Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment to develop outcome-based plans, programs, and execution strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180, ₹250,000.00 per year
