Gracias Granny, a vibrant and growing Mexican quick-service restaurant, was founded two years ago and has recently expanded into a second location in Chembur. We're now looking for an enthusiastic **Trainee Chef** who is passionate about food and eager to learn the ins and outs of a fast-paced kitchen environment.

If you're someone who loves cooking, enjoys teamwork, and is excited about Mexican cuisine, we’d love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Mexican dishes as per Gracias Granny’s recipes and standards
- Support the kitchen team in daily operations including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Learn to follow food safety protocols and proper handling of kitchen equipment
- Help with inventory checks, stock rotation, and kitchen organization
- Take feedback positively and work closely with senior chefs to improve skills

**Requirements**:

- A strong interest in cooking and working in a professional kitchen
- No prior experience required, but any culinary background or training is a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Discipline, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work different shifts and weekends as needed
