This Position is for an upcoming Gelato Brand.

The Pastry Trainee will be involved in the entire gelato making process from understanding the science, to ingredients.

Job Requirements
- High School Degree
- Post-secondary training at a culinary institution.
- Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking, or relevant fields.
- Working knowledge of baking techniques and the pastry-making process.
- Creative ability with artistic skill in baking breads and desserts.
- Positive attitude to learn new things
- Keen attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, and nutrition.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, when necessary.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, production environment.
- **Assisting the head chef**:

- **Preparing ingredients and handling baking and other kitchen equipment.**:

- **Ensuring their section of the kitchen adheres to safety and health regulations.**

**Job Type**: Internship

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
