Job Summary:
Location: Andheri

Key Responsibilities:

- **Food Preparation**:

- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients.
- Prepare basic dishes under the supervision of senior chefs, following recipes and instructions accurately.
- Measure and mix ingredients as directed.
- **Kitchen Support**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
- Ensure all kitchen utensils and equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- **Learning and Development**:

- Observe and learn cooking techniques, methods, and recipes from senior chefs.
- Participate in training sessions and practical exercises to improve culinary skills and knowledge.
- Seek feedback and implement suggestions to enhance cooking proficiency and efficiency.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
- Follow kitchen safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely food preparation.
- Assist in the preparation and plating of dishes during service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and respond promptly to requests and instructions.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. Culinary school coursework or a degree in Culinary Arts is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is beneficial but not required.
- **Skills**:

- Basic understanding of kitchen operations and cooking techniques.
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
