**Key Responsibilities**:
Commis 1 (Junior Chef)
- Assist in food preparation for a variety of dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Prepare basic ingredients (vegetables, sauces, stocks) for cooking.
- Cook simple dishes or components of complex dishes, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor food storage and ensure correct labeling and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service.

Commis 2 (Intermediate Chef)
- Prepare and cook a wider range of dishes and components with mínimal supervision.
- Assist with inventory and food stock management, ensuring proper stock rotation and freshness.
- Participate in the creation of daily specials or menu items, contributing to new dish ideas.
- Assist in training and mentoring lower-level commis chefs.
- Handle more advanced cooking techniques, such as grilling, sautéing, and frying.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed at all times.

Commis 3 (Trainee Chef)
- Assist in basic food preparation, such as peeling, chopping, and measuring ingredients.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Stock and organize ingredients in storage areas.
- Follow instructions from senior chefs for cooking and plating.
- Help with the setup and cleanup of the kitchen.
- Learn and develop new skills in food preparation and cooking under supervision.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
