**CDP Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our cloud kitchen brand in Mumbai. As a CDP, you will be responsible for managing multiple brands from one kitchen, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high-quality culinary standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in the burger and pizza category according to standardized recipes and brand guidelines, ensuring the highest level of taste, presentation, and quality.
- **Menu Development**: Collaborate with the Head Chef and culinary team to develop new menu items and innovate existing recipes to meet customer demands and preferences.
- **Kitchen Operations**: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including ingredient preparation, stock rotation, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- **Brand Management**: Ensure consistent adherence to brand standards and specifications across all dishes, maintaining brand integrity and customer satisfaction.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize wastage.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations and seamless teamwork.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Culinary Expertise**: Proven experience as a CDP or equivalent role, with a strong background in culinary arts and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.
- **Multi-Brand Experience**: Experience in managing multiple brands or concepts from a single kitchen, with the ability to maintain consistency across different menus.
- **Inventory Management**: Proficient in inventory control, stock rotation, and order placement to optimize resources and minimize wastage.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Leadership Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining a positive work environment.
