**About the Role**

We are seeking a passionate and skilled **Chef de Partie (CDP)** to join the culinary team at the flagship restaurant of one of India’s most celebrated chefs. This unique opportunity is perfect for chefs who are deeply inspired by **India’s royal culinary heritage**, with a flair for authentic preparation, modern presentation, and impeccable quality.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Take charge of a designated section in the kitchen, ensuring timely and high-quality output.
- Prepare and present dishes rooted in royal Indian cuisine, maintaining traditional authenticity and flavor.
- Support Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu development, mise en place, and service.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards as per food safety guidelines.
- Train and mentor Commis chefs and kitchen staff in traditional techniques and modern standards.
- Uphold the vision and culinary ethos of the flagship outlet and celebrity chef.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in luxury or fine-dining Indian restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of **royal Indian cuisines** (e.g., Mughlai, Awadhi, Rajasthani, Hyderabadi).
- Passion for heritage cooking, with a modern and creative approach to plating and service.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain consistency during high-volume service.
- Team player with excellent communication and leadership qualities.
