Sales Executive

**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive role at Quick Smart Wash Private Limited. The role will involve overseeing sales operations, developing business plans, maintaining customer service standards, and utilizing analytical skills to drive business growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Lead and manage the regional sales and marketing team, setting clear goals and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee market research, customer feedback, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Coordinate with the product and service teams to ensure alignment with market demands.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, marketing initiatives, and KPIs to senior management.
- Conduct sales presentations and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and sales.
- Monitor and optimize the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and other departments to achieve business targets.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proficiency in Kannada.
- Analytical Skills and Business Planning.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of the laundry or hospitality industry is a plus.
