This is a support role to the Lead - HRBP for the Corporate functions at Viacom and is responsible for supporting all HRBP related activities in Corporate along with the Head HR and Lead HR of the Corporate.

This is an operational role and and will support the day-to-day activities supporting the Corporate teams in Mumbai and assist the Lead-HR in implementing and tracking interventions rolled out by HR COEs or customized for the various Corporate functions at Viacom18, such as Finance, Legal, BPE etc.

**What will you do?**:

- Provide support and management of data for the Corporate functions.
- Assist in completing employee documentation and taking system actions.
- Actively contribute to and facilitate employee communication whenever necessary.
- Back employee initiatives aligned with the HR Calendar.
- Assist in addressing and managing employee queries as necessary.
- Offer support for all communication needs related to the Corporate functions.
- Must have 2-3 year of work experience as an HR business partner, preferably from a service background
- Have a good understanding of employee life cycle management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess collaborative and client-centric mindset
- Have a technology mindset
- Is analytical and goal oriented
