**Responsibilities**:

- Align HR strategies with business goals by collaborating with leaders and stakeholders.
- Analyze HR data to drive business success and employee development.
- Manage recruitment, performance, employee development, and retention processes.
- Provide HR support, resolve conflicts, and act as a trusted advisor.
- Design and implement employee engagement programs.
- Enhance retention, motivation, and employee well-being.
- Ensure compliance with policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate HRIS and employee data.
- Support training and development initiatives.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in HR or related field.
- 3-6 years of HR experience, ideally in a BPO environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in conflict resolution and stakeholder management.
- Passion for employee engagement and workplace culture.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
