We're Hiring – HRBP Executive | Transworld Systems Inc., Vashi

We're looking for an HRBP Executive with 6 months to 2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:


• Partner with business teams on employee engagement and performance initiatives


• Manage HR operations and employee relations


• Support recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities


• Assist in policy implementation and compliance activities


• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll related queries / coordination / support


• Conduct employee connect sessions and grievance handling


• Maintain HR reports and data accuracy for audits and MIS

Details:

Shift: 1 PM – 10 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Work from Office)

Transport: Home drop provided

Location: Transworld Systems Inc., Vashi
