Associate People Partner

**Associate People Partner (HRBP)
- Assurant, India**

This position is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of People Org including on-boarding processes, Payroll, Operations, Employee engagement and the management of all administration and in-line with legislative and company expectations. This position will require the incumbent to work closely with the People Partner - India and provide day to day HR support to local employees and people leaders in line.

**This position will be Work from Office at our Navi Mumbai, India location for all 5 days.**

**What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?**
- Manage the selection process by working closing with TA team and on/off boarding process
- Oversee and manage payroll and other various HR operations processes in compliance with regulations. Provide support and in HR compliance activity and act as a point of contact with the local compliance consultant. Ensure all labor compliance activities are completed on time
- Monitor, maintain and process HR related information in internal HR systems and/or files ensuring high quality data, whilst maintaining required privacy
- Support and maintain employee data in HR Information System (HRIS, Workday) including data processing, preparing reports
- Create close working relationship with internal partners to provide proactive support including diagnosing organization and staff issues and making recommendations to improve/ enhance organizational effectiveness
- Produce and/or gather MI to gain appropriate insight and understanding to support activity and recommendations
- Support HR projects as needed and assigned
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders ensuring clear and timely communication

**What are the requirements needed for this position?**
- **6 to 8 years’ experience in diverse generalist and specialist HR roles, preferably in multinational organizations.**:

- **Bachelors' degree in HR or business-related fields.**:

- Strong knowledge of local market labor regulations and environment.
- Exposure to Workday is a good to have
- **Working model - 100% work from office.**:

- **5 days working from Navi Mumbai office.
