**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the telecalling team.
- Generate qualified leads for solar products through outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Train, motivate, and monitor telecallers to ensure target achievement.
- Develop call scripts, FAQs, and objection-handling strategies to improve conversions.
- Handle escalated customer queries and ensure prompt resolution.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead allocation and campaign feedback.
- Maintain and analyze reports on daily, weekly, and monthly team performance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and manage post-call follow-ups as needed.
- Provide detailed feedback on campaign effectiveness and customer response.
- Stay updated on solar industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preferred: Sales/Marketing/Communication).
- 3-4 years of experience in telecalling and customer support, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication (Hindi & English) and interpersonal abilities.
- Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and call tracking systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
