About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, patience, and a strong problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, and emails.
- Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer queries.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
- Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive attitude when interacting with customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role is a plus (freshers can apply).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good problem-solving abilities and active listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in voice, chat, or email support.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and KPIs.
- Multilingual ability (if applicable to the role).
