In this exciting role, you'll play a crucial part in driving sales and exceeding customer expectations. You'll be responsible for handling leads from various sources, converting them into sales, and building strong relationships with our customers. Whether it's a tech-savvy gamer looking for the perfect graphics card or a professional needing a custom-built workstation, you'll guide them through the process and ensure they find the ideal PC solution.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Tally Prime.**:

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a technology-related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of PC hardware components and their functionalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in customer service practices and sales techniques.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for technology and a strong desire to learn.

**Responsibilities**:

- Showcase a deep understanding of PC components, custom builds, and their functionalities.
- Recommend the most suitable products or custom configurations based on customer requirements and budget.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant PC components and accessories to maximize sales.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using point-of-sale systems (POS).
- Maintain accurate records of sales data and customer interactions using Excel and Tally Prime.
- Provide excellent customer service, building rapport and fostering long-term relationships.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday - Saturday (10:30 AM - 08:30 PM)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
