Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Customer Engagement & Sales

  2. Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.

  3. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored product solutions.
  4. Showcase features, design options, and customization possibilities.
  5. Achieve individual and store sales targets.

  6. Product Knowledge & Presentation

  7. Maintain thorough knowledge of the product portfolio.

  8. Present collections effectively with strong product storytelling.
  9. Stay updated on latest design trends and product launches.

  10. Client Relationship Management

  11. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

  12. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  13. Handle queries, resolve concerns, and provide after-sales support.

  14. Store Operations

  15. Maintain showroom display standards and ensure products are presented attractively.

  16. Support store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  17. Coordinate with the back-office and logistics team for smooth order processing.

  18. Communication & Reporting

  19. Share regular sales reports and customer insights with management.

  20. Communicate effectively with team members to achieve store objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 1-5 years of experience in retail / furniture / lifestyle / interiors / luxury sales.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with passion for interiors and lifestyle products.
  • Target-driven, confident, and team-oriented.
