Product Knowledge & Presentation
Maintain thorough knowledge of the product portfolio.
- Present collections effectively with strong product storytelling.
Stay updated on latest design trends and product launches.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Handle queries, resolve concerns, and provide after-sales support.
Store Operations
