We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our furniture sales team. The role involves assisting customers in selecting furniture that fits their style, needs, and budget, while driving sales and meeting revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent product knowledge, strong communication skills, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom or store.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
  • Demonstrate product features, design options, and material benefits effectively.
  • Prepare and present quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
  • Ensure the store/showroom is well-maintained, with attractive product displays.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with operations/delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest furniture trends, materials, and design concepts.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.

Age: 22 yrs to 28yrs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in furniture sales, retail sales, or interior products is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good sense of design, aesthetics, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of POS/CRM systems is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
