We are in search of proactive individuals to join our team as Field Executives. As a Field Executive, you will be the face of our company, responsible for engaging potential customers, presenting our products,. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Following up on leads provided by the company to visit prospective customers.
- Delivering compelling product presentations to potential clients.
- Utilizing effective sales techniques to secure purchases from interested customers.
- Gathering valuable feedback from customers who express disinterest in our offerings.
- Providing regular updates on sales activities and customer interactions.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication skills with a knack for persuasion.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, customer-facing role.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients.
- Capacity to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and strategies.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive fixed salary of ₹25,000 per month.
- Travel allowance to cover work-related expenses.
- Performance-based incentives to further reward success.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
