**Job Description**:
We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible

for expanding our customer base, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities.

This position will be eligible for incentives based on every new conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute field marketing strategies to promote our products/services and generate

leads.
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers and key decision-makers.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers to enhance

business opportunities.
- Providing timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a sales with expertise in field marketing, ideally with at least 1 year of

relevant experience.
- The applicant must be fluent in Hindi and Kannada languages.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Note:

- Upon converting leads, you will earn incentives for each new sale based on the conversions.

These incentives will exceed your salary.
- Applicants should be local to Bangalore
- Must be fluent in Hindi and Kannada languages.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
