Experience: Min 3 years experience in banquet sales or a similar role within the hospitality industry.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.

Skills Required:

- Familiarity with event planning and coordination.

Profile Responsibilities:
**Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and target potential clients for banquet and event bookings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other potential customers.
- Conduct site tours for clients to showcase banquet facilities and discuss event details.

**Quoting and Contract Negotiation**:

- Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and pricing for banquet events.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure bookings.
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate billing and payment processes.

**Event Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the Banquet Operations team to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure all event requirements are met.
- Oversee setup, execution, and breakdown of events to meet client expectations.

**Marketing and Promotion**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote banquet facilities.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.
- Utilize digital marketing channels to reach a wider audience.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the planning and execution phases.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve banquet services.

**Sales Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate regular reports on sales performance, revenue, and market trends.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Catering, Food and Beverage, and Rooms divisions to coordinate services for events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

**Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with all legal and contractual obligations.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all sales-related activities.

**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
