**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Interaction**: Serve as the primary contact for clients inquiring about and booking events. Understand their needs and preferences to tailor offerings to their expectations.
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**: Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking and outreach efforts. Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
- **Event Planning**: Collaborate with clients to plan and coordinate all aspects of the event, including catering, room setup, and other logístical details.
- **Contract Management**: Prepare and review contracts for events, ensuring all terms and conditions are agreed upon and documented.
- **Budget Management**: Assist clients in staying within their budget while providing high-quality services. Track expenses and monitor budget performance.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Work with external vendors such as caterers, florists, and entertainment providers to ensure all elements of the event are in place.
- **Communication and Coordination**: Coordinate with internal teams such as catering, event setup, and AV/tech teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- **Post-Event Follow-Up**: Conduct post-event evaluations with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. Maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
