**About the Role**

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles. If you have a knack for identifying top talent, building strong relationships, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**

**Recruitment & Talent Acquisition**
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
- Identify the right platforms for job postings and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Stay updated on market trends to refine recruitment strategies.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth selection process.
- Conduct salary negotiations and background verifications.

**Onboarding & Employee Engagement**
- Generate offer letters and appointment letters.
- Conduct inductions and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Introduce new hires to the team and company culture.

**Collaboration & Teamwork**
- Work closely with different departments and branches to fulfill hiring needs.
- Handle multiple job openings in a fast-paced environment.
- Promote the company as an employer of choice.

**Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain recruitment trackers and employee records.
- Ensure proper documentation of employee agreements and records.
- Prepare and present monthly hiring reports.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Strong interpersonal skills with fluency in **English and Malayalam**.
- Ability to work independently and multitask efficiently.
- Excellent negotiation, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Passion for recruitment and people management.
