**Purpose of Role**:
This role provides internal talent acquisition services to the Brennan IT business within a dedicated technical realm.
This role will manage sourcing strategies and promote the Brennan IT employment brand both internally and externally through multiple and diverse channels including the management of all social media and employer rating sites. This will ensure Brennan IT is an employer of choice in the market and will assist in improving quality of hire and retention.
With the effective development and engagement of pre-qualified talent pools this role will enable the business to be more proactive in sourcing and allow faster time to fill whilst increasing the quality of hire.
**Key Activities**:
- Whilst your day-to-day activities will vary to meet your Roll’s Mission, KPIs and the operational requirements of the job, we envisage the following key activities being required to achieve success in the position;
- **Forecasting (10%)**:
- Maintain regular meetings with TA specialists and hiring managers to undertake active talent pool planning
- Identify future skills and knowledge shortages and/or requirements and source accordingly
- Identify opportunities to cross skill and develop Brennan IT employees across projects, technologies or clients
- Stay informed of market trends and innovative recruitment techniques and share with team
- **Talent Pool Creation (60%)**:
- Create effective pre-qualified talent pools within multiple technical disciplines
- Take an effective job brief, from hiring manager or Specialist to ensure a true understanding of required talent pool
- Create effective customized behavioral interview guides
- Filter CV’s, conduct 1st stage interviews (phone or face to face)
- Create behavioral job profiles for every role with hiring managers
- Undertake reference checking
- Perform regular database cleansing to assist with updating talent pools
- **Employment Brand (30%)**:
- Internally advertise all roles and actively promote the internal referral program
- Prepare and manage advertising, including drafting ad copy, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy and monitoring response rates
- Following the Brennan IT Engagement Process to ensure frequency of updates to keep stakeholders informed on the progress of each recruitment assignment as required.
- Consciously promote the Brennan IT Employer Brand - both internally and externally
- Manage Social Media sites from a TA perspective

**Key Competencies Details**
**Essential**
- This role requires the follow Competencies and Experience;
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in recruitment or resourcing of IT or professional services roles
- Onsite RPO or internal recruitment experience is highly desired
- Understanding of advanced search techniques including Boolean and Google searches
- Social media sourcing knowledge and a strong network in IT is highly desirable
- Possess a strong sense of urgency and be self-motivated.
