**Experience Level**
3+ years

**Responsibilities**
- Develop a strong understanding of the organisational culture, hiring strategy and talent profiles to deliver on the hiring needs of the business.
- Use innovative sourcing channels to convert hard to find passive talents including social media, diversity resources and networking.
- Accurately track and report recruitment activity data to support recruitment metrics.
- Develop a broad professional network of top talent and build deep pipelines.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Coordinate campus / off campus recruitment drives.

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 3 years recruiting experience; with hands-on experience in the software or technology sector.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where multiple projects are the norm.
- Proven ability to support / interact and develop strong relationships with hiring managers and senior-level management.
- Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor and in a team environment and communicate effectively across multiple departments and levels.
- Strong presentation skills and outstanding attention to quality of work.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Hands-on with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Docs, Google Sheets.

**Bonus Points**
- Masters in Business Administration, with HR as a preferred elective.
- Demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience using social media tools for sourcing efforts including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter.
