**Key Responsibilities**
**End to end process of recruitment (IT and Non-IT)**
l Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
l Identify the right platforms to post job vacancies.
l Update team with trends in the job market to shape recruitment strategies.
l Sourcing right profiles through effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within desired time frame.
l Shortlisting and scheduling interviews.
l Coordination of further selection process.
l Salary Negotiation.
l Background verification.
l Vendor management to maintain minimum recruitment cost.
**Onboarding**
l Offer Letter Generation.
l Appointment Letter issuance.
l Induction.
l New Joinee introduction to the Team.
**Team player**
l Working closely with different departments and branches based on the requirements.
l Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast-paced environment to fill urgent job openings.
l Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
**Reports**
l Maintain recruitment Tracker.
l Maintain Employee records.
l Documentation for employee documents, agreements.
l Monthly reports.
**Skills**
Good interpersonal skill with strong command of English and Malayalam.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
