**Job Location** - Cochin,**Job Setting** - On-SiteA.G.E.S Learning Solutions has been around since 2008, serving families, schools and homes in the Greater Bay area. At A.G.E.S, we aim to provide analytical based goal driven programs by empowering and supporting our employees to deliver a quality service to our clients using advanced techniques and technology based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
A.G.E.S (U.S) is looking to hire a dedicated Recruiter on a work from home basis (Shift timings : 9.30 pm - 5.30 am IST). As a recruiter you would be responsible for the full lifecycle of the recruitment process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identifying hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Work in close collaboration with the recruitment lead and assist with identifying the right talents.
- Posting jobs to appropriate job portals, social media etc to attract potential hires.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assessing applicants’ KSAs to best suit open positions.
- Providing well documented recruitment reports to the team/manager.
- Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a ‘good place to work’.

**Job Requirements**:

- Graduate degree in Human resources with a proven experience as a Recruiter of 1-2 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills)
- Previous experience in US recruitment would be a plus
- Strong decision-making skills.

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:

- Basic working knowledge of computers.
- Knowledge of Healthcare terminology.
- Fluent Written and verbal communication abilities.

**Salary & Benefits**:
**Salary**
- Dependent on the work experience **(INR 35,000 **per Month) **.
- Medical Insurance benefit after completion of 3 months
